Definitions:

'Seller' means - The Gaming Directory (click here for contact details)

'Customer' means the person to whom services are supplied by the The Gaming Directory.

Terms and Conditions:

1 General. These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of services made by The Gaming Directory, hereafter referred to as The Seller, to the buyer hereafter referred to as the Customer.

2 Price. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling.

3 Payment.Transactions can be made using one of the following payment methods,Cheque, PayPal or Neteller

4 Descriptions. Services are described as accurately as possible, specifications will only change after consultation with the customer.

5 Passing of Property. The Seller shall retain the property of the services until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received by The Seller.

6 Passing of Risk. The risk in the services shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.

7 Delivery. The Seller endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by any third party.

8 Acceptance and Refunds. You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of your contract with us, or 7 days of receipt of the services (whichever is the longer). If choose to cancel your order within this period, your payment will be returned in full.

9 Cancellations. May be made via our contact form.

10 Copyright. All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images and HTML, is the property of The Seller and/or its suppliers and partners. No items on this site may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or stored electronically without the expressed permission of the rightful copyright holder(s).

11 Changes to the Terms and Conditions. The Seller will not change its products, prices or terms and conditions after sale without prior notice. The terms and conditions governing any transaction at the time of sale will be those situated on this site at the time of order.

12 Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law.

13 Link Policy. The Seller tries to only accepts links from reputable sites that are in a related field or sites of high quality that may be of interest to our visitors. The Seller can not be held responsible for the accuracy of any of the content on these sites or any problems resulting from the use of their services. The Seller does not consider any sites that contain explicit, adult or illegal material or who seem disreputable in nature.
